Spooky Haunts, a trading name of Bigfoot Facilities Ltd, welcomes you to our Ghost Hunting events. By booking an event with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

**Age Restrictions**

1. The minimum age for participants to attend alone for any Spooky Haunts Ghost Hunts is 18 years old. Exceptions may be made for participants aged 16 or 17 if accompanied by a responsible adult. Please inquire about specific events for further details.

**Accessibility**

2. Some of our locations may not be suitable for disabled access or heavily pregnant women due to factors beyond our control. If you have concerns about the venue, please contact us for clarification.

**Sobriety**

3. Participants and their guests must not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Entry will be denied to individuals in violation of this policy, and no refunds will be issued.

**Smoking**

4. All our locations are non-smoking. We will provide designated smoking areas during scheduled breaks.

**Group Exploration**

5. Spooky Haunts allows group exploration of all venues. For safety reasons, it is crucial to remain with your group unless instructed otherwise by a member of the Spooky Haunts team.

**Liability**

6. Spooky Haunts is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles, or personal belongings of participants before, during, or after the event.

7. While attending our events, you do so at your own risk, and we assume no liability for any accidents, injuries, or deaths, regardless of the cause. We recommend considering personal insurance for such events.

**Paranormal Investigations**

8. Spooky Haunts is an active paranormal investigation team that allows you to participate. Our team members act as guides and share their personal opinions. You are responsible for forming your own conclusions regarding paranormal activity.

**Authenticity**

9. Stories about our locations are based on historical documentation or eyewitness statements. The Spooky Haunts team has occasionally witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations.

**Activity Guarantees**

10. While we select active locations, we cannot guarantee paranormal activity on any given night. Some nights may yield no results.

**Respect and Conduct**

11. We request that all participants be respectful to the spirit world and fellow guests. Respect differing opinions, and avoid causing harm or injury to others, including staff and property. Any disruptive or unreasonable behavior will not be tolerated, and offenders will be asked to leave (no refunds will be given).

**Photography and Recordings**

12. You are allowed to take photographs and recordings for personal use. Please refrain from posting media on social platforms, as some venues have sensitive historical connections.

**Pricing**

13. All prices are subject to change without notice, but this will not affect existing bookings. No refunds or additional charges will be made for bookings already confirmed.

**Discounts and Promotions**

14. Discount and promotion codes are time-limited and valid for full payments only. They cannot be applied to deposits or balance payments. Once a code expires, it cannot be reinstated.

**Refund Policy**

15. All deposits, bookings, and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

**Attendance Responsibility**

16. You are responsible for ensuring your ability to attend the event you've booked.

**Event Cancellation and Rescheduling**

17. If we need to cancel your event, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as transferring to another date or location.

18. In the event of a postponement, you will be offered a credit on your account or the opportunity to join us on a future date.

**Complaints**

19. If you have any concerns about the event, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue to your satisfaction.

**Agreement**

20. By booking through the Spooky Haunts website, you and your party agree to these Terms and Conditions.

**Data Protection**

21. Spooky Haunts will only use any personal data gathered during the booking process or events in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

**Indemnification**

22. By accepting these terms, you and your party indemnify Spooky Haunts, its staff, and others from any legal liability for claims, damages, costs, or losses arising from your participation in our events.
